Commissioned by British Airways to Curate Food & Beverage Experience for New London–New Orleans Route
Selected by British Airways to lead the creative direction for the launch of their new direct flight route between London and New Orleans. Tasked with introducing European travellers with their first taste of the Big Easy, I designed bespoke food and drink menus served onboard all direct flights, across both Economy and Business Class.
Additionally, I developed an elevated cocktail menu program for the British Airways First Class lounges, introducing guests to the soul of New Orleans before they even reached their destination. This project married cultural storytelling with world-class service, setting a new benchmark in airline hospitality.
